Field Services Project Manager (Full-Time)
- Reporting To: Regional Field Services Director
- Location: Hillsboro, Texas (Not Remote)
- Employment Type: Full Time | Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Position Description: The Cut Room Specialist will safely conduct the film cutting process production, routine maintenance related to cutroom production and implement quality control standards for each finished product.
- Salary: $65,000 - $73,000 | Based On Experience
- Job Duties:
Provides daily operations oversight during installation of assigned sites and ensures compliance with all permitting, inspections, code compliance, regulations and specifications as needed.
Directly manages and develops installation team members.
Plans, organizes, directs and controls cost of installation and labor for assigned projects.
Coordinates resources to ensure timely and cost-effective installation and completion of assigned projects.
Verifies understanding of project expectations.
Ensures appropriate training is available and implemented for skill gaps within in-house staff to enable proper installation of Armoured One products.
Reviews customers systems during installation and if needed, points out opportunities for improvement resulting in value-added change orders. Pursues, secures, and closes change-orders for equitable adjustments to contracts.
Compare contract work with work performed, assign final values to projects and send to accounts receivable for invoicing. Ensures job completion documentation is completed.
Review all site-specific closeout documentation for accuracy and ensure timely submissions.
Responsible for the quality of the installation and customer satisfaction.
Establish, manage, and maintain viable relationships with customers, consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and trade personnel.
- Education and Experience:
- Associates Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 2 years related project management experience preferred.
- In lieu of a degree, 5 years of construction project management experience.
- Prior experience of direct people management experience in a virtual setting preferred.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong problem solver. Exceptional decision making skills including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and develop recommendations.
- Strong project management skills and a track record of on-time delivery.
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, including communication, networking, relationship-building, negotiation, and building influence.
- Comfortable in a fast paced and fluid environment.
- Computer skills: experience with Microsoft applications, project management tools, and business reporting tools.
