Field Services Project Manager (Full-Time)

  • Provides daily operations oversight during installation of assigned sites and ensures compliance with all permitting, inspections, code compliance, regulations and specifications as needed.

  • Directly manages and develops installation team members.

  • Plans, organizes, directs and controls cost of installation and labor for assigned projects. 

  • Coordinates resources to ensure timely and cost-effective installation and completion of assigned projects.

  • Verifies understanding of project expectations. 

  • Ensures appropriate training is available and implemented for skill gaps within in-house staff to enable proper installation of Armoured One products.

  • Reviews customers systems during installation and if needed, points out opportunities for improvement resulting in value-added change orders. Pursues, secures, and closes change-orders for equitable adjustments to contracts.

  • Compare contract work with work performed, assign final values to projects and send to accounts receivable for invoicing. Ensures job completion documentation is completed.

  • Review all site-specific closeout documentation for accuracy and ensure timely submissions.

  • Responsible for the quality of the installation and customer satisfaction.

  • Establish, manage, and maintain viable relationships with customers, consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and trade personnel.

  • Associates Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 2 years related project management experience preferred.
  • In lieu of a degree, 5 years of construction project management experience.
  • Prior experience of direct people management experience in a virtual setting preferred.
  • Strong problem solver. Exceptional decision making skills including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and develop recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills and a track record of on-time delivery.
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, including communication, networking, relationship-building, negotiation, and building influence.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced and fluid environment.
  • Computer skills: experience with Microsoft applications, project management tools, and business reporting tools.
