Field Installer (Full-Time)
- Reporting To: Field Services Project Manager
- Location: Syracuse, New York | Relocation Package Not Available
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Position Description: This is a full time position, work hours will vary. In this position and under the direction of the Field Services Project Manager, the Field Installer will be responsible for preparation, installation, and anchoring of security film, as well as other duties necessary for field services. In addition, this position may perform site survey support for estimating as needed.
- Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 Per Hour | Subject To Prevailing Wage
- Job Duties:
- Travel to local and out-of-state job sites and install security film on existing windows.
- Cut and prepare security film for jobs as needed.
- Measure existing windows for film sizes.
- Maintain project reports as needed.
- Support supervisor with coordination and completion of projects.
- Assist with the training of new employees and licensed installers.
- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
- 3-5 years maintenance experience within manufacturing or related field.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Team player with ability to work collectively with others within the organization.
- Comfortable in a fast paced and fluid environment.
- Self-directed with the ability to be resourceful, plan and organize work.
- Displays positive attitudes and practices good work ethics that reflects the mission, vision, and goals of the company.

Crating Technician (Full-Time)
- Reporting To: Director Of Operations
- Location: Syracuse, New York
- Employment Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt
- Position Description: This is a full time position, Monday-Thursday 6:00AM - 4:00PM. You will need to assemble crates, package glass into crate, document the process
- Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
- Job Duties:
- Assemble and design crates.
- Document progress and update documentation.
- Receive and account inventory.
- Pack and unpack glass deliveries.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools and equipment.
- Keeping recorders of projects.
- Order supplies as needed.
- Inspect incoming glass according to the given standard and document reports.
- Maintain harmony among workers.
- Follow the instructions of the supervisor.
- Input all shipments into the computer.
- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
- Driver’s license and dependable transportation required.

Finance Assistant (Full-Time)
- Reporting To: Director Of Finance
- Location: Syracuse, New York
- Employment Type: Full Time | Not Remote
- Position Description: This position will support day-to-day transactions, including expenses and accounts payables/receivables. Responsibilities include assisting with job costs, compliance, and grant paperwork as needed.
- Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
- Job Duties:
- Review and send bills for approval for payment.
- Support accounts payable accounting team as needed.
- Accounts receivable reconciliation and follow up.
- Assist with credit card reconciliation
- Assist with expense reimbursement management.
- Education and Experience:
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Businesses Administration Preferred.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Google Suite
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Good organizational skills.
- High level of integrity.
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- Clear understanding of data privacy standards.
