Manufacturing Technician (Full Time)
Location: Syracuse, New York (Not Remote)
Employment Type: Full Time | Day Shift | Future possibility to work later hours to accommodate baking line production needs.
Pay: $18-$23 (Based On Experience)
Role Description: This position, under the direction of the Director of Manufacturing Operations, will safely conduct the manufacturing process of glass production, routine maintenance on all machinery related to production, and implement quality control standards for each finished product
Primary Responsibilities:
- Receive glass shipments, conduct a quality inspection, and organize/store in an orderly manner in accordance with Supervision’s priorities.
- Conduct routine maintenance/cleaning of all machinery and equipment related to the production process.
- Load glass onto the in-feed table, keeping in mind the set dimensions (within the markers on the in-feed table) of the Glass Washer and Laminator, to ensure optimal safety and efficiency.
- Manually operate the Glass Washer to thoroughly clean each piece of glass as it passes through the in-feed and into the Clean Room.
- Operate the Laminator with all safety protocols in place while keeping a keen eye on attention to detail as the glass completes the production process.
- Trim each piece of glass, ensuring there is no leftover laminate on the edges that could potentially damage the glass.
- Organize pieces of glass by dimension and project name / address and keep an accurate record of any discrepancies, wasted or scrap laminate and the total number of pieces run through the Laminator.
- Record order of operations through Rootstock to keep track of order and its whereabouts within the process.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all immediate workstations and other various areas as applicable.
- Keep inventory of production materials, cleaning supplies and available tools needed to complete your tasks.
- Stage glass in the designated shipping area, so the project can be properly inspected one last time and placed in a crate for shipment.
- Routine building maintenance and cleaning.
- Abide by all Personal Protection & Equipment procedures at all times.
- Abide by all Clean room procedures at all times.

Glass Account Manager (Full Time)
Reporting To: Director of Sales
Location: Syracuse, New York (Not Remote)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $55k-65k/year (Based On Experience)
Role Description: The Account Manager for Armoured One, LLC is responsible for managing customer accounts, reviewing and submitting bids, processing product requests into estimates, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment. This role is designed as a developmental step within the sales career path, offering progressive responsibility in customer engagement, business development, and revenue growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Process orders, create price orders, and manage invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the Director of Sales in developing proposals, quotes, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Assist with pipeline management by tracking leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in Salesforce.
- Communicate effectively with operations, finance, and production teams to ensure product flow, efficiency, and quality
- Participate in customer outreach initiatives (calls, emails, event support) under guidance of the Sales Director.
- Gain knowledge of industry products, specifications, and standards to prepare for progression into a sales role.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Skills and Abilities:
