Executive Assistant (Full-Time)

  • PowerPoint Expertise:
    • Create professional and visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint, incorporating data, graphics, and multimedia elements as needed.
    • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and other documents using PowerPoint to effectively convey information.
  • Research and Data Analysis:
    • Conduct research on topics such as active shooter incidents and statistics, compiling relevant data and providing insightful analysis.
    • Prepare briefs, summaries, and presentations based on research findings for the executive’s review and decision-making.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency:
    • Utilize advanced features of Microsoft Word and Excel to produce high-quality documents, reports, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency in formatting, formulas, and content across Word and Excel documents.
  • Travel Coordination:
    • Handle all aspects of travel planning and logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
    • Maintain travel itineraries and coordinate changes or adjustments as necessary, ensuring smooth travel experiences for the executive.
  • Scheduling and Organization:
    • Manage the executive’s calendar effectively, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with attention to priorities and deadlines.
    • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them, optimizing the executive’s time and productivity.
  • Communication and Grammar:
    • Review and edit emails, documents, and correspondence for grammar, clarity, and professionalism.
    • Serve as a gatekeeper for incoming calls and communications, vetting vendors and other contacts to prioritize the executive’s time and attention.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability:
    • Identify areas for improvement or optimization in administrative processes and propose innovative solutions.
    • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and unexpected developments, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in managing tasks and deadlines.
  • Additional Skills (Preferred):
    • Video editing skills to assist in creating or editing videos for presentations or other purposes.
    • Experience in anticipating the executive’s needs and proactively providing support and assistance as required.
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior management. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Google Suite. 
  • Strong research skills and ability to analyze data effectively. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset. 
  • Experience in travel coordination and event planning is desirable. 
  • Video editing skills and experience in handling vendor communications are a plus.

Field Installer (Full-Time)

  • Travel to local and out-of-state job sites and install security film on existing windows.
  • Cut and prepare security film for jobs as needed.
  • Measure existing windows for film sizes.
  • Maintain project reports as needed.
  • Support supervisor with coordination and completion of projects.
  • Assist with the training of new employees and licensed installers.
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
  • 3-5 years maintenance experience within manufacturing or related field.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Team player with ability to work collectively with others within the organization.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced and fluid environment.
  • Self-directed with the ability to be resourceful, plan and organize work.
  • Displays positive attitudes and practices good work ethics that reflects the mission, vision, and goals of the company.

Crating Technician (Full-Time)

  • Assemble and design crates.
  • Document progress and update documentation.
  • Receive and account inventory.
  • Pack and unpack glass deliveries.
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools and equipment.
  • Keeping recorders of projects.
  • Order supplies as needed.
  • Inspect incoming glass according to the given standard and document reports.
  • Maintain harmony among workers.
  • Follow the instructions of the supervisor.
  • Input all shipments into the computer.
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
  • Driver’s license and dependable transportation required.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Team player with ability to work collectively with others within the
    organization.
