Manufacturing Technician (Full Time)
Location: Syracuse, New York (Not Remote)
Employment Type: Full Time | Day Shift | Future possibility to work later hours to accommodate baking line production needs.
Pay: $18-$23 (Based On Experience)
Role Description: This position, under the direction of the Director of Manufacturing Operations, will safely conduct the manufacturing process of glass production, routine maintenance on all machinery related to production, and implement quality control standards for each finished product
Primary Responsibilities:
- Receive glass shipments, conduct a quality inspection, and organize/store in an orderly manner in accordance with Supervision’s priorities.
- Conduct routine maintenance/cleaning of all machinery and equipment related to the production process.
- Load glass onto the in-feed table, keeping in mind the set dimensions (within the markers on the in-feed table) of the Glass Washer and Laminator, to ensure optimal safety and efficiency.
- Manually operate the Glass Washer to thoroughly clean each piece of glass as it passes through the in-feed and into the Clean Room.
- Operate the Laminator with all safety protocols in place while keeping a keen eye on attention to detail as the glass completes the production process.
- Trim each piece of glass, ensuring there is no leftover laminate on the edges that could potentially damage the glass.
- Organize pieces of glass by dimension and project name / address and keep an accurate record of any discrepancies, wasted or scrap laminate and the total number of pieces run through the Laminator.
- Record order of operations through Rootstock to keep track of order and its whereabouts within the process.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all immediate workstations and other various areas as applicable.
- Keep inventory of production materials, cleaning supplies and available tools needed to complete your tasks.
- Stage glass in the designated shipping area, so the project can be properly inspected one last time and placed in a crate for shipment.
- Routine building maintenance and cleaning.
- Abide by all Personal Protection & Equipment procedures at all times.
- Abide by all Clean room procedures at all times.

Business Intelligence & Operations Analyst (Full Time)
Location: Syracuse, New York (Not Remote)
Employment Type: Full Time | Non-Exempt | 8:00am-5:00pm | Monday – Friday
Pay: Starting at $70,000/year
Role Description: We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Operations Analyst to join our growing company and work on our Business Intelligence team. This position, under the direction of the Business Intelligence Analyst, is a hands-on analytical role focused on helping the business make better decisions with data. You’ll work across Sales, Operations, Field Service, Finance, and Inventory, using data to understand what’s happening, identify opportunities, and improve how we operate. We’re looking for someone who is analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and naturally interested in figuring things out.
Our ideal candidate would be interested in the following:
- Working with large or messy datasets.
- Learning new software and systems.
- Solving problems where the answer isn't immediately obvious.
- Working independently and taking ownership of projects.
- Communicating analytical findings clearly to non-technical people.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze business performance and develop meaningful KPIs and reports.
- Build, maintain dashboards and analytical tools with Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Develop forecasts and analysis for sales, operations, invoicing, and cash flow.
- Work with data from Salesforce, Rootstock ERP, and other business systems.
- Identify data-quality issues and help improve our reporting processes.
- Automate repetitive reporting and analytical processes.
- Conduct research and combine internal and external data to support business decisions.
- Work with department leaders to answer business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help evaluate and implement practical uses of AI and automation.
Skills and Abilities:

- Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, or automation is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred

Staff Accountant (Full Time)
Location: Syracuse, New York (Not Remote)
Employment Type: Full Time | Non-Exempt | 8:00am-5:00pm | Monday – Friday
Reporting To: Director of Finance
Pay: $65-$70k/year
Role Description: This position, under the direction of the Director of Finance, will support day-to-day transactions and month end closing. Responsibilities include assisting with accounting, finance, and compliance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze the department budget with the departments.
- Determination of prevailing wages for accurate certified Payroll.
- Assist with sales & use tax filings.
- Accounts Payable reconciliation.
- Support month end closing as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance.
Skills and Abilities:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Google Suite
- High level of integrity
- Clear understanding of data privacy standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (Rootstock, QuickBooks, Bill.com) preferred
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferably in construction or contracting
- Strong knowledge of Prevailing wage regulations, financial reporting and accrual accounting practices
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
