Armoured One LLC Vendor Portal - Terms of Service
Welcome to the Armoured One LLC Vendor Portal (the “Portal”). This Portal is owned and operated by Armoured One LLC (“Armoured One”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using this Portal, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms of Service, please do not access or use this Portal.
1. Use Of Portal
1.1. Access: You may access the Portal solely for the purpose of conducting business with Armoured One as an authorized vendor.
1.2. Data Security: Armoured One employs industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of sensitive data transmitted through the Portal.
1.3. Release of Liability: By accessing or using the Portal, you acknowledge and agree that Armoured One shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of sensitive data, provided that Armoured One has employed industry-standard security measures to prevent such incidents.
2. Limitation of Liability
2.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ARMOURED ONE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PORTAL.
3. Modifications
3.1. Armoured One reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Service periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Portal following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
4. Governing Law
4.1. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
